The balancing of rotors is carried out in their own bearings without the need to remove the rotor and install it on a balancing machine. 2. Vibration sensors. The set includes two (or more, depending on the model) vibration sensors, designed for precise measurement of the rotor's vibrational parameters. The sensors have high sensitivity and provide accurate readings even with minimal fluctuations.

3. Optical sensor (laser tachometer). Used for measuring the rotation speed of the rotor. The laser-type sensor guarantees high accuracy of measurements and convenience in operation thanks to the contactless method of data reading.

4. Magnetic stand for the optical sensor. Intended for secure mounting and precise adjustment of the optical sensor's position relative to the rotor.

5. Electronic scales. Necessary for accurately weighing corrective weights before installing them on the rotor. The accuracy of the scales is important for ensuring quality balancing.

6. Software. Specialized software provides the user with an intuitive interface for entering balancing parameters, analyzing the obtained data, and calculating the optimal placement of corrective weights.

7. Transport case. For the convenience of transporting and storing the set, a sturdy case is provided, which protects the equipment from damage and external influences.

The Balanset-1A device allows for the balancing of rotors of various masses - from 100 grams to more than 10 tons. This means that the device is suitable for working with both small parts, such as rotors of medical equipment or computer fans, and large rotors used in industrial turbines, generators, and other large-scale equipment. The Balanset-1A demonstrates impressive efficiency when working with rotors rotating at speeds of up to 80,000 revolutions per minute.
